Title in HINDI, ENGLISH : As India was emerging into freedom in a world of science and technology, Prof. RaghuVira visualized the need of Indian languages as developed media of communication. It was a challenging paradigm to evolve their vocabulary for all domains of sciences and administration to take their natural place in national life. He strove for long years to provide Indian equivalents for technical terms for the immense creative amplitude of our source language Sanskrit. Greek and Latin the source languages of European terminologies and Sanskrit have the same grammatical basis of word formation from roots with prefixes and suffixes.
